We try to describe products accurately; however, minor variations in color/finish may occur and we make no guarantees regarding final products with regards to these details.

You acknowledge that placing an order is an offer to buy and that we may reject or cancel due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you.

You acknowledge that capes and other products we sell are designed for supervised imaginative play. You agree that you will not allow children to use or wear our products without your direct supervision. You agree that you will not allow children to sleep in our products. You warrant that you will follow all care and safety guidance provided with the product and on the Site. You acknowledge that the absolute safety of any product cannot be guaranteed and that use of our products is ultimately at your own risk.
