Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. During peak times or for limited-run drops, processing may take slightly longer. Pre-order items will show an estimated ship window at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Shipping methods & rates
Carriers and rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination and order size. Tracking will be emailed when your order ships.
Address issues
Please double-check your shipping address. If you need a change and the order hasn’t shipped yet, email us right away at james@supersafecapes.com.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, email us—we’ll help where we can.
Multiple items
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together or separately; we’ll note the plan at checkout when possible.
