By accessing or purchasing from supersafecapes.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility & accounts

You must be 18+ to purchase. You’re responsible for your account security and activity.

2) Products, orders & pricing

• We try to describe products accurately; minor variations in color/finish may occur.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may reject or cancel due to availability, errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you.
• Prices may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

3) Payment

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge to your method of payment for the total price, including taxes and shipping.

5) Safety

Capes are designed for supervised imaginative play. They are not sleepwear. Follow all care and safety guidance provided with the product and on the Site.

All content on the Site is owned by Super Safe Capes LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not use our trademarks, designs, or content without permission.

7) Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use it for unlawful purposes).

8) Warranties & liability

The Site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio.
