Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return window
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition.
- Include your order number or proof of purchase.
- Final-sale and personalized/custom items aren’t returnable unless defective.
How to start a return
Email james@supersafecapes.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with simple instructions.
Exchanges
If you want a different color or style, request an exchange in your email. If the item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Defective or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund promptly.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank).
Gifts
For gifted items with proof of purchase, we can issue store credit to the recipient or refund the original purchaser.
Tip: Keep your tracking number until your return is fully processed.
